perfecting the postures and breathing, this ensures a very
low level of injury, promotes physical fitness and
suppleness, and reduces the stresses and strains of modern
life.

All that is needed is bare feet, loose fitting clothing, a blanket and a belt. Purchase of further equipment may be advised later.
